Visit our Tech84 Solutions website and review our subscription tiers. We offer four tiers designed to fit your needs, from light users to power users. Select the tier that best suits you:
Tier 1: Occasional remote assistance (1 device)
Tier 2: Regular tech support (2 devices)
Tier 3: Flexible remote & on-site support (3 devices)
Tier 4: Comprehensive support with on-site visits (5 devices)
Once you've selected your tier, fill out the intake form on our website. This will gather the necessary information (your name, email, and tech support needs) to get started.
After submitting the intake form, you'll receive an automatic email thanking you for choosing your subscription tier. This email will include a PayPal payment link for your selected tier, allowing you to securely complete your payment.
Please note: When using the PayPal link, you’ll be asked to enter your first name, last name, and email address to ensure your payment is properly linked to your account.
Once your payment is processed, PayPal will notify us of your payment. We will then send you a Welcome email confirming your subscription. This email will include:
A link to your MS Booking service page where you can schedule your support sessions.
Detailed information about the services and support included in your chosen tier.
After your subscription is confirmed, you’ll gain access to the support services included in your tier. Depending on your selected tier, you’ll have access to remote support, and for Tier 3 and Tier 4, on-site support is available after an initial remote session.
Tier 1 and Tier 2 allow remote support only and require 24-hour advance booking.
Tier 3 and Tier 4 allow same-day appointments and include on-site support after an initial remote session.
Once you're subscribed, you’ll continue to have access to our services for the duration of your subscription. Whether it’s troubleshooting a slow PC, setting up a printer, or providing tech advice, we’re here to help!
REMEMBER TO KEEP THE BOOKINGS LINK for all appointments - Save the link in your bookmarks. This will ensure you can easily access your booking page whenever you need to schedule a support session.
